Weather Delay
We are working diligently to do everything in our power and work very closely with our shipping partners to make sure your packages arrive on time. However, because of circumstances outside of our control like snow storms and carrier delays due to surging delivery volumes, we are unable to guarantee delivery.
Return Policy
All items on cncorlando.com are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team to resolve the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Delay
We do NOT offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partner’s, or similar reasons that are outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team to resolve the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Mistakes happen, unfortunately any mistakes made during the ordering process by the customer resulting in a delay or non-delivery are not eligible for any refunds or reshipments. Please be sure to review the entered shipping address before submitting your order.

Order Change Requests
We are not able to make Product edits on orders, and our fulfillment center is not equipped to handle special requests. Everything ships as it was ordered.
If you would like to modify your Shipping Information, we ask that you please provide modifications at least 4 business days prior to your ship date. We do our very best to accommodate requests, however, not all requests are guaranteed to be fulfilled. The sooner you get in touch, the better!
If you reach out with less than 4 business days until your delivery date, we unfortunately are much less likely to be able to make any changes. We appreciate your understanding!
